When choosing a testosterone supplement, it seems like we are forced to pick the lesser of two evils – one one hand, you have boosters that are all natural and safe, but offer little proven results. On the other hand, some products literally pack your body with testosterone but lead to pesky and sometimes serious side effects. These side effects range from hair loss to pancreas and liver problems.
Myodrol, by Axis Labs, was designed to give you the best of both worlds.
Myodrol was created as a means to increase testosterone levels in the body, but it doesn’t stop there. The makers of Myodrol argue that testosterone can be converted in the body into secondary hormones that are said to be cause of most major side effects associated with testosterone boosters. The science behind all of this shows that testosterone is a precursor to DHT and estradiol, hormones that contribute to balding and fat production around the abdomen and pecs. The purpose of Myodrol is to hinder that conversion of testosterone into DHT and estradiol.
But how does it hold up?
The only active ingredient in Myodrol is called Mytosterone, which is a natural compound that has been tested and shown to increase testosterone levels in the body while decreasing estradiol and DHT.
Because testosterone production decreases with age, it’s obvious that testosterone supplementation will show a greater result among older participants.
Despite clinical testing that has been done on Mytosterone, it is still unclear if Myodrol will be effective for users under 37.
How to Use Myodrol
In order to get the best results from Myodrol, you’ll want to take one capsule three times daily on a continuously basis for 8 weeks, followed by a break of 4 weeks. However, manufacturers fail to specify if this is meant to be taken with or without food.
A one month supply of Myodrol can be found online for just under $30. This is relatively inexpensive compared to other testosterone supplements. However, because of the possible ineffectiveness of Myodrol, it still may not be worth purchasing.
While scoping out the official website of Axis Labs, I did discover a guarantee. However, it is not a money-back guarantee and appears useless. Axis Labs says that if you do not receive any results from their product, you can return it to them and they will send you a replacement for free. Why would you want a replacement of a product that didn’t work in the first place? Unless you planned on selling it somewhere else, such as Amazon.com . . .
Additionally, at the time of this review, all the Axis Labs links to Myodrol information redirected to their latest formula Myodex. This could imply that their formula Myodex is more effective, that Myodrol is no longer being sold on their site, or it could simply mean that whoever made their website made a mistake. Whatever the case, all the information about Myodrol had to be obtained via other sources.
Myodrol – Final Thoughts
Myodrol seems to have some upside because it contains the ingredient, Mytosterone. Despite the fact that Mytosterone wasn’t tested among younger participants, we still feel it may work for you. However, it is risky because there is no trial period or guarantee. If you purchase Myodrol and see no results, it’s tough luck. You may want to hold off on purchasing Myodrol and look for something more powerful and proven.
