ZMA-T

You get what the name suggests in ZMA-T. ZMA is a patented blend of vitamins and minerals designed to increase testosterone and libido. Combine that with a couple of natural extracts and you have ZMA-T.

ZMA-T was designed by Muscle Link as a safe and effective testosterone booster, according to them. But we decided to do our own research to decided if ZMA-T has what it takes to increase testosterone levels.

Ingredients

Unlike many dietary supplements, ZMA-T doesn’t conceal their ingredients in a proprietary blend. We like the transparency of some supplements because it shows they trust in their blend to work.

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is considered one of the more effective testosterone boosting vitamins because it has the ability to stimulate androgen receptors in order to stimulate testosterone production, but it can also block the natural production of estrogen. Vitamin B6 is essential for the body and can be found in many of the foods we eat, but additional supplementation can only help.

Zinc
Zinc is considered an anti-aromatase mineral. This means it inhibits the production of estrogen that can be caused by a boost in testosterone. When increasing testosterone levels, it is important to maintain estrogen levels at a low level to avoid unsightly side effects that can result from high estrogen levels.

Magnesium
Testosterone in the body can be used for more than just building muscle. It is known as a sex hormone and can increase libido. For some, this is good, but if you are simply trying to build muscle, you need an ingredient that prevents testosterone from binding to what is called a sex hormone-binding globulin. As soon as the testosterone hormone binds to the SHBG, it can no longer act toward building muscle. Magnesium has been shown to occupy SHBG, allowing for testosterone to be “free.”

Tribulus Terrestris
This natural extract is common among testosterone boosters because of its long history of success. Research suggests that tribulus works by activating androgen receptors, stimulating testosterone production in the brain’s pituitary gland. ZMA-T also contains the typical 40% saponin

Muira Puama Root
The final ingredient in ZMA-T’s blend is muira puma extract. This natural ingredient is used as a common aphrodisiac because of its ability to boost libido. While testosterone increases haven’t been scientifically proven, scientists believe the added libido comes from an increase in sex hormones like testosterone.

Pros

Along with added testosterone comes increased energy and libido. Also, testosterone boosters are generally natural and safer than prohormones or steroids, as is the case with ZMA-T. The makers of ZMA-T played it safe with the ingredients included in this blend.

Also, ZMA-T appears to have the right amount of the more active ingredients like tribulus terrestris. This supplement may not be the most powerful around, but it should get the job done without any adverse effects.

Cons

ZMA-T retails for $49.95 and does not come with a money back guarantee. While you can find this supplement for a cheaper price online, if it doesn’t end up giving you results, you would be stuck with it. If you have tried trubulus products in the past without success, you may want to steer clear of this one.

Our Recommendation

The cheapest price we were able to find online for ZMA-T was around $24, which is a decent price for a fairly solid product. You shouldn’t expect any miraculous results with ZMA-T’s formula, it appears quite possible that it can help build and recover muscle cells as well as increase libido. Despite not having a money back guarantee, we feel ZMA-T is still worth giving a try.

T-Factor

No matter how many weights you lift, your muscles won’t achieve that sleek, toned, or rippling look of the professionals unless you provide them with the essential nutrients and hormones they need to grow bigger and stronger. Fortunately, there are a wide number of testosterone boosting and muscle-building formulas available, so you can pick and choose the best product for the best price. Recently, T-Factor has attracted a great deal of attention, and we decided to take a closer look to see if T-Factor deservers its time in the spotlight.

T-Factor claims to use all-natural and clinically proven ingredients to significantly boost testosterone levels so consumers can build more muscles “effortlessly.” In addition to improving physical strength and endurance, T-Factor will supposedly enable consumers to properly metabolize fat and lower their cholesterol, making it a heart-healthy alternative to steroids.

However, can T-Factor compete with other leading brands on the market? We decided to take an insider’s look at its formula to find out what makes T-Factor stand out from the crowd.

What We Like about T-Factor

T-Factor contains a fairly good blend of all-natural and clinically proven ingredients. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise, T-Factor has the potential to help consumers build muscle more easily.

Additionally, every bottle of T-Factor is backed with a 100% money-back guarantee, so consumers are welcome to try T-Factor for themselves without putting their hard-earned money at risk. The more consumers that use this product, the more we’ll know how effective T-Factor can be when it comes to improving physical performance.

What We Don’t Like about T-Factor

Unfortunately, T-Factor is still a relatively new product, which means information about its ingredients and its effects is still limited. Although T-Factor appears to be a useful tool for boosting lean muscle mass, there simply isn’t enough clinical research on its formula or its ingredients to guarantee that this product will work for everyone.

Without knowing the precise concentrations or relying on other consumer testimonials to validate its effectiveness, potential customers are taking a risk every time they buy a bottle of T-Factor. Because we are concerned about your health as a consumer, we want to ensure that these risks are completely eliminated before whole-heartedly recommending a product.

What Else Should I Know about T-Factor?

Although we don’t know the precise ingredient concentrations inside each bottle of T-Factor, we do know the ingredients used, and they are as follows:

Tribulus Terrestris: For increasing testosterone levels – Science has yet to validate its effectiveness.

Fenugreek Seed Extract: Acts as a natural aphrodisiac – Studies suggest that fenugreek may be able to lower cholesterol and lower your risk of heart disease.

Coleus Forskohlii: Increases energy levels by boosting Cyclic AMP production – Experts agree that this ingredient may be able to improve thyroid function while preserving lean muscle mass.

Alpha Lipoic Acid: Acts as an antioxidant – Research has proven that ALA can reduce oxidative stress on cells and improve your metabolism.

Milk Thistle: Protects the liver – Years of testing has shown that Milk Thistle can effectively treat cirrhosis, jaundice, and hepatitis and even reduce growth of prostate cancer.

Horny Goat Weed: Acts as an aphrodisiac –This ingredient mimics the effects of testosterone and increases nitric oxide levels.

Is T-Factor Worth the Price?

Currently T-Factor retails for $95.50 a bottle, making it a pricey investment for a product not completely proven to provide extreme muscle-building results. However, discounts are available only and you can purchase the product for nearly 40% off the retail price ($59.95), and when combined with its money-back guarantee, T-Factor is definitely worth looking into.

Natadrol

You can tell a lot about a product just by looking at its ingredients. The makers of Natadrol claim that their product contains only proven ingredients backed by data from clinical studies.

Natadrol was created by LG Sciences who claim their product is more effective than the typical testosterone booster. They argue that your average testosterone booster contains an ingredient called tribulus and that it doesn’t work. Natadrol’s formula doesn’t contain tribulus, but what makes it so special? We’re going to break down the four most active ingredients in Natadrol to determine just how effective this testosterone supplement is.

Curculigo orchioides

This natural forest herb has been used for many medicinal and dietary purposes. Curculigo orchioides is considered an aphrodisiac by some and has been shown in studies to increase libido. One study done using 100 mg/kg of Curculigo orchioides on rats showed an increase in the rats’ sex drive.

Pros
•	Possible libido increase
•	All natural extract with limited side effects

Cons
•	100 mg/kg is a large amount that Natadrol doesn’t include
•	Animal studies don’t always reflect the effect on humans

Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis

This herbal shrub is commonly located in East Asia and is regularly called the China Rose. This ingredient is also known for its aphrodisiac and anabolic properties. One animal study showed an increase in muscle mass by as much as 22%.

Pros
•	Can increase libido and increase muscle gains
•	Natural herb

Cons
•	Again, animal studies don’t always reflect human effects
•	Dosage used for the study was not readily available

Tinospora cordifolia

High in antioxidants, this natural vine extract can be found in areas like India. The makers of Natadrol claim that this extract will produce testosterone-like effects, but outside research suggests it can actually lower testosterone production and is considered by some to be a testosterone blocker.

Pros
•	Antioxidant that fights against oxidized stress
•	Used for medicinal purposes

Cons
•	Testosterone blocker, not a testosterone booster

Cissus quadrangularis

Grown in warmer climates like Africa and the southern U.S., this grape-like extract is used in many dietary supplements because of it’s proven ability to burn fat and possible increase muscle mass. Some research also suggests Cissus quadrangularis can be effective in boosting testosterone.

Pros
•	Natural testosterone booster
•	Weight loss and muscle gains

Cons
•	Possible side effects include headache and nausea

Final Thoughts

While Natadrol contains a proven ingredient in Cissus quadrangularis, we are not completely sold on the idea that it works better than any tribulus supplement. The issue is that the makers of Natadrol claim that tribulus terrestris hasn’t ever been proven to increase testosterone and even go as far to say it is a scam. However, after looking at the ingredients in Natadrol, we wonder which is really the scam.

Natadrol contains ingredients that haven’t been tested among humans or have been tested and shown not to work. The downsides of each ingredient outweigh the potential upsides.

Our recommendation to you is to look for a testosterone supplement that is a little more proven to work. Trubulus terrestris can actually work for you if you find a supplement with the right kind and the right amount. Keep an eye out for one that works.

Cyclin GF

Testosterone is produced in the pituitary gland and is found in smaller amounts as you age. The purpose of testosterone boosters is to replenish the hormone in your body to give you more energy, libido, and muscle gains. While the results of natural testosterone stimulation are still being debated, the general opinion is that there are natural testosterone supplements that have been shown to effectively boost testosterone levels. The trick is finding the ingredients that work.

Cyclin GF was created by Maximum Human Performance Company who claim that their testosterone booster goes above and beyond what other boosters do. We’re going to see just what makes this supplement so unique.

What Makes Cyclin GF Unique?

Cyclin GF is considered a nighttime anabolic, according to MHP. Anabolic essentially means growth, as in muscle growth. Testosterone helps produce muscle gains, but the makers of Cyclin GF didn’t focus all their efforts on testosterone, like many boosters. Cylcin is unique because it relies on recent technology that argues that the deep within muscle tissue are muscle precursor cells. Stimulating these cells can lead to increased muscle growth, according to some studies, and Cyclin GF is designed to tap into that research.

Being able to not only produce testosterone, but also stimulating muscle precursor cells can be potentially exciting for body builders and athletes alike. But the real issue is, does it work? Let’s break down the ingredients found in Cyclin GF to see just how anabolic it is.

Ingredients

Cyclin GF contains 3 proprietary blends along with the natural ingredients vitamin B6, zinc, and magnesium. Each blend is formulated with a specific purpose in mind.

MPC Awakening and Maturation Agent
This blend is most like any other testosterone booster. It contains ingredients like ZMA and Tongkat ali, which have both been shown to increase testosterone production when provided at effective doses. Unfortunately, because MHP doesn’t disclose the dosage of each ingredient, we are unable to determine if the dosage is correct, but we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

This blend also contains ingredients like Melatonin and Valeriana officinalis root, which have both been used to treat sleep disorders. The concept behind these ingredients is that the body is better able to produce hormones during sleep. The better sleep you get, the more hormones the body produces.

Cell Cycle Arrest Inhibitors
Designed to enhance overall health and inhibit estrogen production, this blend contains ingredients like Quercetin and Humulus lupulus (hops). A healthy body is better able to produce testosterone and anti-estrogen ingredients are important to reduce the risk of side effects like excess fat around the chest and waist areas.

DNA Checkpoint Clearance Factors
DNA and RNA supplementation has been shown to increase energy, libido, and overall performance. Supplementing DNA and RNA can also promote wellness and boost the immune system according to some. However, there is no official research that proves these benefits.

On top of DNA and RNA supplementation, this blend also contains Uncaria tomentosa, which is known to be a strong antioxidant.

Our Suggestion

Cyclin GF really only contains a few ingredients that are designed to increase testosterone. The other ingredients may help increase overall health and enhance sleep, but you probably won’t see substantial testosterone increases.

The theory that muscle precursor cells can be tapped into is still relatively new and we weren’t able to find any research suggesting that these ingredients can effectively do that. However, it is an interesting concept with some upside.

We don’t recommend Cycin GF, however, simply because it costs $80. You are probably better off spending about half that on a common testosterone booster. If you haven’t had much success with testosterone boosters, then you may want to consider something unique like Cyclin GF, but otherwise we suggest trying something else.

Test Drive

Don’t let the name fool you; there is no taking this testosterone booster out for a test drive. Some diet supplements actually let you try their product risk free for a month or so, but Test Drive does not.

Still, there are some upsides to Test Drive as a testosterone booster that we decided to go over. Test Drive was created by Engineered Sports Technology as a way to boost testosterone levels and also regulate what happened to the increased testosterone levels. Too many testosterone boosters focus on simply increasing testosterone levels knowing that some people will not do their research. There are some things you should know about testosterone before you purchase a booster like Test Drive.

Side Effects of Some Test Boosters

When testosterone is produced, a few things can occur. The desired result is to provide greater muscle strength and increased gains, but not all testosterone goes to building muscles. Some testosterone bind themselves to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) while additional testosterone is converted into secondary hormones like DHT. DHT is one of the leading causes of male pattern baldness. Also, increased testosterone leads to an abnormal amount of estrogen.

Test Drive focuses not only on increasing testosterone with ingredients like Protodioscin and zinc, but also blocking the production of estrogen and occupying SHBG with ingredients like Divanillytetrahydrofuran in order to maintain the “freeness” of testosterone.

Other Benefits of Test Drive

Test Drive doesn’t stop with just increasing testosterone. Of the four proprietary blends inside Test Drive, one contains antioxidants to increase overall health and boost performance. Another is designed to provide amino acids to the body that help produce proteins and nitric oxide for greater muscle strength and recovery.

So Test Drive appears to go the extra mile with their ingredients. Instead of focusing strictly on testosterone, the makers of Test Drive realize that if you are going to gain muscle effectively, you must try a variety of ways.

Potential Downsides to Test Drive

The number of ingredients can also be a downside to some. There are a few potential problems with products containing numerous ingredients.

Potency
Rather than packing their product with a few proven and powerful ingredients, the makers of Test Drive went a different road by including multiple ingredients, lowering the dosage of ingredients that may be deemed more effective. The only way to counter this issue is to increase the serving size, which brings us to the next point.

Large Servings
Because Test drive contains so many ingredients, their serving size is larger than your average test booster. Users are directed to take 4 capsules per day, which may not be very appealing to some.

Higher Side Effect Risk
The more ingredients the greater the chance of having side effects. While we wouldn’t worry too much about Test Drive and its natural ingredients, there may be a few users who experience reactions to certain ingredients. It’s never wrong to play it safe and talk to your doctor beforehand.

Conclusion

We think Test Drive has the potential to give you decent gains as a testosterone booster, but because of the high volume of ingredients, we’re not sure it will be as powerful as the average consumer would like. It’s great that Test Drive contains antioxidants and amino acids, but as a testosterone booster, it doesn’t appear effective. We would recommend trying something more specialized and proven.

Revive Platinum

We don’t know what it means to send your body’s testosterone production into overdrive, but it sounds pretty intense. Revive Platinum was designed by BodyFuse to do just that. Sounds like a powerful testosterone booster, right?

According to the makers of Revive Platinum, their product contains all natural ingredients that act as an alternative to prohormones. We’re going to take a closer look at these ingredients to determine just how powerful, effective, and safe this testosterone supplement is.

Under the Hood

Revive Platinum contains a few recognizable ingredients and some other, not so common ones. Unfortunately, BodyFuse does not disclose the list of ingredients on their website, making it difficult for us to determine just how much of each ingredient is used. At any rate, here are a handful of ingredients we were able to find in Revive Platinum’s formula.

Tribulus Terrestris
Typically found in testosterone supplements, T. terrestris is one of the most common ingredients in the testosterone industry because of the numerous testing that has been done to show testosterone gains. However, if you are trying to increase muscle mass, this ingredient may not be as effective as formerly thought. A recent study showed minimal muscle gain among elite rugby players given the natural extract.

ZMA
This patented blend contains a mix of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. These vitamins and minerals are found in numerous testosterone boosters for difference reasons. Vitamin B6 and zinc have been shown to strengthen the pituitary gland allowing for more testosterone production while magnesium blocks testosterone from occupying SHBG making it “free.”

Eurycoma Longifolia
Like T. terrestris, eurycoma longifolia is a common ingredient found in testosterone supplements. The flowering plant extract has even been a nickname among gym rats, Longjack. Animal studies have shown testosterone increases related to E. longifolia but a resent trial suggests that the extract is poorly bioavailable when taken orally. Fortunately, Revive Platinum has an answer for that (see BioPerine).

Horney Goat Weed
Typically used as an aphrodisiac, Horney Goat Weed is known for its testosterone mimicking abilities. By consuming horney goat weed, you should feel more energy and a boost in libido.

BioPerine
We mentioned the poor bioavailability of eurycoma longifolia. BioPerine is included in Revive Platinum’s blend specifically to increase bioavailability. In other words, the other ingredients found in Revive Platinum can be better absorbed and act more efficiently because of BioPerine.

Safety

Revive Platinum is considered safe because of its use of all natural ingredients. That said, you should always talk to a healthcare provider before taking supplementation, especially if you are on other medication, pregnant or nursing, or under any other medical condition.

Effectiveness

The ingredients we listed in this review were the most recognizable we found. There are a few more ingredients found in Revive Platinum that we found very little scientific information for. Also, since we don’t know the exact dosage of each ingredient, we can’t be certain one serving of Revive Platinum contains the proper amount of each active ingredient. So to answer the concerns of effectiveness, we really can’t give a definitive “yes.”

Final Thoughts

Because of the unknown factor regarding Revive Platinum, we can’t be certain if it will work for you or not. It does contain proven ingredients, but how much of each ingredient we don’t know. Based on its potential, we can tentatively say go ahead and try Revive Platinum, but don’t expect miracle results.

You may have heard of a placenta being a high source of nutrients like protein. In fact, almost all female mammals eat their placenta after giving birth. Now, this review is not meant to be a documentary on the birth of mammals, but rather an intro to a new dietary product on the market called V6 Extreme.

V6 Extreme was created by Cellucor as a testosterone boosting supplement. One of its main active ingredients is called ovine placenta powder or, in other words, sheep placenta. If you can get over the fact that you are taking in part of a sheep’s placenta, V6 Extreme might actually be an effective test booster. Let’s take a closer look at the entire list of ingredients and break down the upsides and the downsides.

Under the Hood

P6 Extreme’s ingredients are mostly hidden behind a proprietary blend, so we don’t know the exact potency of each. Therefore, we basically have to assume that each ingredient is provided in a sufficient potency.

P6 Extreme Blend
This blend contains a total of 8 ingredients. Of the 8, there are a few that stand out the most. We already mentioned the ovine placenta powder, which can also stimulate testosterone production in the pituitary gland. Other notable ingredients include stinging nettle, Beta-Sitosterol, and Agaricus Bisporus.

Tribulus Alatus Extract
If you are one to read product labels, you have probably heard or read about tribulus terrestris extract. Tribulus alatus is similar and is also believed to supplement testosterone, like its cousin. But because it is a newer ingredient, it has not received the same amount of testing as terrestris and therefore remains unproven.

The Good

Cellucor went out on a limb with V6 Extreme. They have virtually zero common or popular ingredients. They essentially went against the grain and we have to give them credit for that. The ingredients in V6 Extreme do appear to have some potential and are all natural which is a definite plus.

The Bad

One of the biggest concerns we have is the amount of ingredients that remain unproven. One a few ingredients, like stinging nettle, have been clinically tested. Other ingredients have only received in vitro or small animal testing. Even worse, one ingredient, black cohosh, has received some testing but with conflicting results. Some say black cohosh stimulates testosterone production, while other research suggests it actually blocks testosterone.

Also, at $120 retail price, your wallet may not like the hit it will take from purchasing V6 Extreme.

The Skinny

While we do give credit to Cellucor for trying something new, we don’t believe V6 Extreme is worth the $120 price tag. The potential nutrients from ingredients like ovine placenta powder may seem enticing, but we would not recommend this product.

It’s not often you come across a testosterone booster that is actually a good quality. When you do, it’s usually way out of your price range. Beast has created a testosterone supplement called Super Test that is designed to not only increase your testosterone levels, but also boost nitric oxide and detoxify your system.

Super Test is one of those high quality products with countless ingredients that are all there to serve a particular purpose. We are going to do our best to break down those ingredients and give you our own opinion of Super Test.

Under the Hood

One serving of Super Test contains over 20 ingredients, most of which are hidden inside five proprietary blends. Here is a quick rundown of the blends listed on the label.

Anabolic Testosterone Support Complex
Specifically designed to increase testosterone levels, this complex contains some powerful and proven ingredients along with newer ingredients without much testing but with plenty of potential. Some ingredients you may recognize are tribulus terrestris, fenugreek, and eurycoma longifolia.

Nitric Oxide Support Complex
Ingredients like L-Arginine and L-Citrulline Malate have been formulated in this blend to specifically boost nitric oxide levels. This process is beneficial in many ways including strengthening the immune system, boosting sexual performance, and increasing endurance.

Estrogen Control Factors
Excess estrogen in men has been linked to weight gain around the belly and pectoral areas. Increasing testosterone allows for a natural increase in estrogen unless otherwise controlled. This blend contains ingredients you may have heard of like Japanese knotweed, which is a common anti-estrogenic ingredient.

DHT Control Factors
Similar to estrogen, DHT levels rise when testosterone is increased. The biggest side effect you get from excess DHT is male pattern baldness. DHT inhibitors like Nettle Root Powder and Pumpkin Seed Extract have been included in this blend to hinder the production of DHT.

Liver and Kidney Detoxification Support
Last but not least, this blend is essentially an added bonus because it really has nothing to do with testosterone but it does provide extra health and weight loss benefits. The ingredients in this complex are cranberry and milk thistle extracts which are common detoxifying ingredients. So you are not only increasing testosterone with Super Test, but you’re also cleansing the system of harmful toxins.

Other Ingredients
Along with these proprietary blends, there are other ingredients listed that offer beneficial results. Zinc and Vitamin B6 have been included to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce testosterone naturally. Cyanotis Vaga extract is also used as an anabolic agent.

The Good

Some of the benefits of Super Test include:

•	Proven ingredients
•	Versatile formula
•	High quality product
•	Little risk of side effects

The Bad

Here are some downside to Super Test:

•	Higher than average price
•	Proprietary blends that don’t reveal quantity of ingredients

The Skinny

Even though Super Test retails for a high price of $85, you can still find it online for as low as $42. From looking at the ingredient list, we can tell you you are going to get your money’s worth with the amount of ingredients that are found in each capsule.

We feel good about Super Test and believe it will work for just about anybody. Go ahead and try it out.

Testek

Usually you get what you paid for when it comes to diet supplements. If you find a product for under $15, you are probably not going to see results from using it. Simply put, some of the most expensive products out there turn out to be the most effective.

Testek retails for around $60, which makes it a fairly expensive testosterone boosting supplement. But we are going to look further into this supplement designed by QNT to determine if it’s worth the high price.

Under the Hood

Testek contains a couple of proprietary blends and a few more ingredients on top of that. We are not a huge fan of proprietary blends because it makes our research more guess work, but we’ll just have to do our best.

MyoBlast
MyoBlast is a blend containing various ingredients. The two main active ingredients in MyoBlast are Phosphatidylserine and Alpha-GPC. Phosphatidylserine has been shown in tests to increase the testosterone: cortisol ratio by 184%. Alpha-GPC helps to hinder somatostatin, allowing for more testosterone and other hormone production in the body. One study showed a peak anabolic growth factor increase of 333%.

EstroFlavin
This proprietary blend is designed to inhibit DHT and estrogen production. However, its two ingredients seem to be used more for their antioxidant properties. Hesperidin is a natural antioxidant and Phytosterol is more commonly used to reduce cholesterol.

Other Ingredients
Testek contains zinc and selenium, both serving different roles. Zinc is a popular ingredient when it comes to testosterone and is often referred to as the number one testosterone boosting mineral. Selenium has been shown to display antioxidant and anti-aging characteristics.

The Good

It appears Testek has done their homework when including these ingredients. We like the inclusion of ingredients like MyoBlast and zinc. Other antioxidants act to strengthen the immune system and boost overall health while speeding up recovery time.

The Bad

While we like most of the ingredients in Testek, there are still some unanswered questions regarding a few ingredients. For example, on ingredient in the MyoBlast blend called picamilon has only been used in the past to treat anxiety and has no apparent effect on testosterone levels.

The Skinny

Despite some unanswered questions regarding a few ingredients, we feel good about Testek because of its proven track record and apparent and thorough research. The results are back by numerous user reviews from people who have experienced beneficial results. Even those that gave poor reviews claimed they did see an increase in muscle size and a boost of energy when using Testek.

If you are willing to spend the extra money for a decent-looking product, we recommend trying Testek. Chances are it will work for you.

TestoJack 100

Did you know that simple foods like meats, fruits, and vegetables can provide you with essential nutrients that can boost the immune system and increase testosterone? In fact, many dietary supplements contain ingredients that you can find in your everyday meal.

TestoJack 100 is one of those supplements that contain common and simple ingredients. This can be both beneficial and problematic for various reasons. We’re going to break down the ingredients found in TestoJack 100 and see if we can give you a better idea if it will work for you or not.

Under the Hood

ZMA: Blend of zinc, magnesium and pyridoxine (vitamin B6). All of these ingredients are added in additional amounts in TestoJack 100’s formula, so we don’t understand why the makers decided to include ZMA.

Magnesium: In addition to ZMA, TestoJack 100 contains 150mg of magnesium. Magnesium is known for its ability to attach itself to SHBG, increasing free testosterone levels.

Zinc: Zinc is also found in ZMA but an additional 10mg is added to TestoJack 100’s formula. Zinc is considered by many to be the best testosterone boosting mineral available.

Vitamin B6: Yet another ingredient supplied in both ZMA and individually. TestoJack 100 contains another 3.5mg of vitamin B6, which has been linked to the production of testosterone through androgen receptor stimulation.

Eleuthero: Natural root extract that has been used by athletes to improve their workouts, but not scientific evidence supports that argument.

Tribulus Terrestris Extract: Commonly used to boost testosterone and increase physical performance, T. terrestris has received testing that showed little to know gains in muscle mass among elite rugby players.

LJ100: A patented form of Eurycoma Longifolia, which is a common testosterone boosting ingredient. However, some testing has shown E. longifolia to be poorly bioavailable and TestoJack 100 only contains 50mg of it.

Other Product Information

Users are directed to take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times per day with meals. Each container lasts 30 days. If you have any serious medical condition, you should avoid TestoJack 100.

TestoJack 100 can be found online for as low as $12.42. As a testosterone booster, this is relatively inexpensive.

Benefits

•	Low cost
•	Natural ingredients
•	No side effects

Downsides

•	Unproven ingredients
•	Small dosages of crucial ingredients
•	No guarantee

The Skinny

Essentially, TestoJack 100 contains a plethora of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 and other ingredients on the side. Ingredients like tribulus terrestris and eurycoma longifolia are included, but at such low doses they really don’t appear to be effective.

We wouldn’t recommend buying TestoJack 100 even at the low price listed online because anything you spend on this supplement will probably be a waste. In fact, if you want a boost in zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 you can just load up on peanuts, spinach, and tuna. Stay away from TestoJack 100.
